Howdy all. Yesterday was brutal outside. So hot and muggy and dirty air. It rained quite well late night in Northeast Ohio. But not in this area, AGAIN. Just a few sprinkles that barely got the driveway wet. More was expected overnight, but I don’t see evidence of any. Maybe today.

Anyway, I pulled the nonsense that was underneath the 3D printer table, and was almost impossible to access, and added a nice solid shelf (actually a desk top) in the spot.   Added those filament racks, on casters, to make access easier.   Each rack holds 10 rolls of filament.  This area is for the 3D printer above that I usually use PETG filament to make heavy duty stuff.

Took the non wheeled racks and put in closet, on the filament stand in there, to use with PLA filaments on the printer in that side.  I think I’m going to remove the “doors” to that area. They were a failed attempt to control the humidity in that area. Ended up hotter and more humid than outside the doors, even with lots of desiccant packets and a dehumidifier running full time.

Now I need someone to go through  the 100 rolls of filament in the printer room, and unbox many of them, and get each on their appropriate racks.  And to put any partial rolls (used but not finished) in the cereal containers I have sitting on floor and in hallway, add a desiccant packet or two, and put on one of two shelves.

Oh, and I bought a couple of upgrade accessories for each printer(inexpensive) that might help with lessening the poo failures.  On YouTube they get done with the upgrades in less than 10 minutes, while they are working with the camera at the same time.  Should take me less than a day to do each machine!!

At least I finally started organizing again.  I’ve put it off for months. Time to rest now, and Enjoy Life.
