05-23-2025 -- Less rainy, more baskets

Howdy all. Rain stopped this morning. But temperatures still starting in 40s, and only getting to 50s. Brr. Wind gusts may stay under 30mph today.

Overnight I 3D printed off some smaller pint-sized baskets for fruit picking — or maybe cherry tomato picking, if it ever warms up enough out there for things to grow.

Pint sized to go with the quart sized.

Nice and sturdy baskets.

Looking online at Amazon, I’d guess these would sell for about $2-$3.50 each. My materials cost is just under that. So, not a great financial windfall, but it was nice to make them myself and feel like I am doing something to fit the name of this site, RETired from work - ADDing to life (RET-ADD)..
