09-07-2026 — Tomato Bulbs

Howdy all. Not much of an update. Beautiful fall days for the last few. Temps starting the day from 55-65 and peaking 75 or so. And no rain and no big winds. Rather nice. Shame I’ve been in a sleep in late mode. Can’t convince myself to get out of bed, when I just start falling asleep around 4 am.

I know I’ve done a few things around the house in last couple days, just can’t remember what.

I did pick a quart of cherry tomatoes (the yellow ones are from inside). Also a dozen real tomatoes.

The big tomatoes will end up in a freezer bag after they finish ripening. I’ll likely toss in most of the cherry tomatoes too.

Other that that, not much happened. I did plant about 20 flower bulbs today. More were planted in big pots, than in the ground. I was really late planting them. There were long roots and white stems/leaves on most of the bulbs from staying in the baggies for close to two months.

I’m hoping they will still sprout come spring, and Enjoy Life
