12-11-2025 — Gone with the wind

Howdy all. Actually, that should be gone with the USPS lady. Had to explain my one double box, and she is going to point it out to the intake clerk. They will likely just double scan it at entry, and then it will work its way through the system.

Only thing left of the tower of Jenga, is the kitty litter and some ornaments for my living Christmas tree. I may never get around to putting them on it.

Oh, and as I tried to transfer a group of boxes to the USPS lady, the tower did fall. Thankfully the boxes have lots of bubble wrap inside.

I haven’t completely moved everything upstairs, and certainly haven’t put the stuff where it belongs. However, most is up there. The dining room is back to its normal state of messy.

For me, this means Christmas is rapidly coming to an end. I have a bin of something which I will likely drop off at my brother’s house, on the way back from the Dentist appointment on the 17th. But that is it until I burn a roast on Xmas day. Hmm, I need to pick up some baby potatoes and carrots for the roasting pan. I’m going to try and get to the grocery tomorrow morning. The winds are slowing down today, and are only gusting into the mid 30 mph range. And come morning, it will lessen a lot prior to picking up Saturday.

For now, it is time to relax for a bit, and Enjoy Life
