06-10-2026 — Supreme Ruler

Howdy all. Very hot and hoomid outside again today. Slept like crap again last night. Basically, not much new.

Butt, and I have a big but, I added a little something outside Kitty’s favorite window, for her to watch.

In the past few weeks, I’ve seen some hummingbirds fly towards the existing bird feeders and then quickly fly away when they determined it wasn’t for them.

Well, now they have their own feeding station. I think Kitty, and I, will enjoy seeing them hover and enjoy the sugary syrup stuff I bought for them online.

There has also been some “battles” below the bird feeders, as the seed gets tossed to the ground. Many creatures nibble at the mess. At night, it is the skunks and possums and raccoons. During the day, the occasional woodchuck, and many squirrels and chippies and bigger birds. None want to share the bounty.

This was Chippie showing his dominance over a beautiful blackbird. I love the dark blue/purple iridescence on their heads.

But Chippie doesn’t rule. Rocky does! I am just glad they all get their turns, and can Enjoy Life
