09-12-2025 — Littles he says

Howdy all. Weather no change. No rain in next 2 weeks per porncasters. Please let them “F” it up again.

Anyway, I went grocery shopping this morning. For the first time in 10 days. A rather small amount of food for me, since I’m still trying to clear older stuff in freezer. But I also stopped at the “Get and Go” at that Giant Eagle complex. That is their gas station. While the price is not always the lowest in the area, it is always reasonably priced, gives me “loyalty points”, and is of good quality. I could stop at the local Mapco, which has signs all over their lot telling everyone they have Cheap Single containers of Beer, and questionable hemp like products. Just don’t want to support their idea of convenience. Or, I could stop at the Sheetz station, which is almost always selling the cheapest gasoline around. Today their low-end “Sheety water blended gas” was 30 cents lower than anyone else. (That is my opinion, and does not constitute a fact in anyway).

So, I went for the convenient, and reasonable, Giant Eagle gasoline. This fill-up was just a smidge over 24 gallons for about 500 miles. I averaged 20.6 mpg in my F150 truck. Now before you say that I am a gas hog, consider this was my first fill-up since January 17, 2025. Yep, I only drove around 500 miles in 8 months. I could have waited another few months to fill-up, since the truck has a 36 gallon tank, and was guessing I could go another 220 miles or so, but next week they switch from summer to winter gas mixes. The winter version has more additives. The summer version is considered cleaner.

I’ve been doing lots of 3D printing this last week, in preparation of my Christmas Card packets I do each year. I have a couple of ideas, that will combine both the 3D printers, and the laser cutting/engraving. Using the printers is easier, since you don’t have to worry about the possibility of them flaming up and burning down the house. Thus, I can start a print later in the day and let it go into the wee hours of the night.

Mostly the prints have been successful. However, one item, just did not want to play. I redid the slicing and printing 4 times before it was adequately done. This will do unless I want to spend the time designing my own version in a CAD program, and slicing it from there. I’m not that good with any of the CAD softwares. TinkerCad is the easiest to use, and it still baffles me most of the time.

So what am I producing?

I don’t want to give the best view of these Littles, until the holidays.

This army is on one of the printers, as I write this up. No way can you determine what they are.

But if you can tell what the Littles are, don’t tell anyone, before the holidays, so we can all Enjoy Life
