11-24-2025 — Time to get busy

Howdy all. The porncast for Wednesday/Thursday/Friday keeps getting worse. Winds gusting around 50mph and snow maybe accumulating 4 inches. That is after rain. I am so glad I am going nowhere this week.

Instead, I need to start assembling my Xmas card packages.

These likely will stay here. Each house will have a tea light under it and the “village” will be on a bed of fake snow, and surround my tree this year. I think they look cool.

Lots of things hidden below the houses in this bin. They are for packets.

As are these.

Gifts, packing material, wrapping paper, etc.

In addition, there are those many minis I 3D printed previously that need to be assembled into their carriers for distribution. And actual cards needing signed. Address labels have been printed and are at the ready.

Some of the assembling includes use of superglue. I did a couple minor glue jobs this morning, and already have the glue on my fingers. This is going to be interesting.

I don’t know if I mentioned previously that I picked up my free Turkey from Grocery Store for loyalty points. It is just over 10 pounds. I pulled it from the freezer yesterday, and it is thawing in the fridge now. After cooking, I’ll make soup for T’day dinner, and package the meat in zip-lock baggies for the freezer. Will certainly be a few months before it gets used up by me and Kitty.
