Howdy all. It has now been 6 years and 1 day since I was retired by Office Depot. While it has been strange often not working for the man, I’d do it again in a flash. Other than getting older and older, it is so nice not being forced to meet arbitrary deadlines to produce inadequate systems.

Now I create my own fake deadlines to try and convince myself to finish adequate products. Much better.

The day started at around 16 degrees outside. Quite chilly. Winds are down at least 10-15 mph from yesterday. With a predicted high of 40, the little snow from yesterday’s blizzard-like white-out conditions, should melt away. Tomorrow we are back to subfreezing temperatures.

Not much happening at the moment for me. The Christmas rush is over, and I can relax until I start the year-end financial / tax season. So for now, I get to Enjoy Life
