12-26-2025 — Day after

Howdy all. Brr, the winds outside, with the icy drizzle, is miserable. But Christmas is over, and I am hoping the tree will survive. So, it is now in a new temporary home.

Should be safe from the nasty winds in there, and get some needed moisture.

I also took down all of the holiday ornaments, and they are sitting in a bin on the table while I make sure I didn’t miss any.

Since it was trash day, I took advantage of it to gather up 30 or so Kitty toys she ignores, and added them to the cans. The new ones from this holiday and her birthday, and her favorites from the past, will remain — for awhile.

My brother stopped by to drop off a few xmas gifts from him and his wife, and we had some good chat time. Hey, he even played “barber” and trimmed the back of my head where I had the hair pretty well butchered. I wouldn’t say it looks good now, but at least it looks less bad.

I don’t think either of us could get a job sweeping out a barber shop, let alone a job cutting hair.

But without the long strands annoying me back there, it will be more likely I can Enjoy Life
